team.it is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across Lisbon/Porto/Braga in a hybrid setup. You will translate business needs into technical specs and drive end-to-end implementations in Agile environments.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong integration skills (REST/SOAP/JDBC), and fluent English. Collaboration with international clients and mentoring junior staff are key parts of the

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow implementation and development experience.
• Led at least three end-to-end ServiceNow deployments.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, JDBC, and MID Server integrations.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and deliverables.
• Participate in Agile projects focused on digital transformation.
