Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead the technical deployment of cloud-based ServiceNow solutions. You will develop modules, configure the platform, and deliver high-quality solutions while working remotely from Spain or Portugal.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, CSA and CAD/CIS certifications, strong JavaScript skills, and experience with ITSM/ITOM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration, and implementation across multiple modules.
• ServiceNow CSA certification; CAD or CIS certifications desirable.
• Strong scripting knowledge in JavaScript including GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, or SecOps-SIR suites.

Responsibilities

• Perform core configuration and customization on the ServiceNow platform including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
• Design and develop custom applications, forms, lists, reports, and dashboards to meet client-specific requirements.
• Create, configure, and optimize workflows, Flow Designer flows, and custom workflow activities for Service Catalog and ITIL processes.
• Develop and maintain the Service Portal using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and other web technologies.
• Implement and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, and JDBC.
