You will drive architecture reviews, modernization efforts, and AI adoption across ServiceNow implementations, spanning ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, and related domains.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in ServiceNow, Enterprise Architecture, Consulting, or Digital Transformation.
Strong advisory and management consulting background.
Proven ability to engage CXOs and senior technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Role:

We at Coforge are looking for an experienced Senior Platform Architect (ServiceNow) to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation programs for our global customers.

This is a strategic consulting and architecture leadership role where you'll work closely with CXOs, Enterprise Architects, Platform Owners, and Delivery Teams to define platform strategy, governance models, architectural roadmaps, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead ServiceNow architecture and transformation engagements.
Partner with CXOs, Enterprise Architects, Platform Owners, and Delivery Teams throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle.
Translate business objectives into strategic roadmaps, solution blueprints, and platform architectures.
Define and govern ServiceNow platform architecture, instance strategy, and operating models.
Lead architecture reviews, governance forums, and technical decision-making.
Drive platform modernization, technical debt reduction, and ServiceNow best-practice adoption.
Provide expertise across ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, CMDB, CSM, and ITOM.
Support pre-sales, solutioning, estimations, proposals, and change requests.
Lead integration strategy, APIs, Flow Designer, automation, and enterprise design patterns.
Champion AI adoption, automation, and innovation across ServiceNow implementations.

Required Skills & Experience

12+ years of experience in ServiceNow, Enterprise Architecture, Consulting, or Digital Transformation.
Strong advisory and management consulting background.
Proven ability to engage and influence CXOs, business leaders, and senior technology stakeholders.
Experience leading large-scale architecture and transformation programs.
Strong communication skills with executive presence and gravitas.
Experience leveraging AI for business process improvement, decision-making, or service operations.
