Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Senior Platform Architect (ServiceNow) in Portugal to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation programs. The role reports to strategic leadership and partners with CXOs, Enterprise Architects, Platform Owners, and Delivery Teams to define platform strategy, governance, and roadmaps.

You will drive architecture reviews, modernization efforts, and AI adoption across ServiceNow implementations, spanning ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, and related domains.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in ServiceNow, Enterprise Architecture, Consulting, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong advisory and management consulting background.
• Proven ability to engage CXOs and senior technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow architecture and transformation engagements.
• Partner with CXOs and delivery teams throughout sales and implementation lifecycles.
• Define platform strategy, governance models, and architectural roadmaps.
• Drive platform modernization and best-practice adoption.
• Support pre-sales, solutioning, and change requests.
