HumanIT Digital Consulting is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager in Lisbon to lead critical ServiceNow projects within a hybrid 2-day-per-week office model. You will coordinate across business analysis, development, and IT operations to ensure successful, on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of IT project management experience, PMP or equivalent certification, and strong English communication. You will operate within a large enterprise environment, maintaining rigorous risk management

Qualificações

• Demonstrated expertise managing complex IT projects within dynamic environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and associated tools.
• Proven ability to analyze issues, structure solutions, and support decision-making.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple domains and contributors.
• Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related domain.
• Recognized project management certification (PMP or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years' expertise in IT project management.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow.
• B2 English (Upper Intermediate) or above.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee delivery of IT projects and ensure alignment with business objectives across analysis, development and IT operations.
• Define and manage comprehensive project plans including timelines and resources.
• Establish communication and coordination mechanisms across stakeholders for transparency and alignment.
• Monitor progress, identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and disseminate status updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across multiple domains and contributors to ensure on-time delivery.
