Adentis Portugal is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to configure, administer, and optimize the ServiceNow platform across ITSM modules. You will manage CMDB, Discovery, and Service Catalog, while handling API integrations (REST/SOAP) and ensuring security and upgrades.

ITIL knowledge and a ServiceNow CA admin cert are required, with EU citizenship or Portuguese visa. Office presence 1–2x weekly is expected.

Qualificações

• Experience as ServiceNow Administrator with core ITSM modules.
• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Catalog.
• ITIL understanding and experience with upgrades and cloning.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is mandatory.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese working visa is required.
• Willingness to work from the office once or twice a week.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and administer the ServiceNow platform for performance, stability, and functionality.
• Implement and maintain Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules.
• Manage user access, roles, and groups securely.
• Monitor health, perform upgrades, and apply patches.
• Support integrations with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate to ServiceNow solutions.
• Document configurations and update internal knowledge base.
