As a Senior ServiceNow CMDB Administrator, you will be working for our client, a forward-thinking leader in IT Service Management and Cloud solutions. Your expertise will drive the health, configuration, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform, shaping efficient IT workflows and innovative processes. Your main responsibilities:

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow administration, particularly with CMDB and ITSM.
• Expertise in ServiceNow configuration, management, and deployment, with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in Javascript, Web services (REST, SOAP), HTML, XML, and API integrations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM workflows, best practices, and ITIL standards.
• Strong analytical skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English (fluent command required).

It is a strong plus if you have:

• ServiceNow CMDB Fundamentals certification.
• Experience with Infrastructure and ITOM modules.
• CIS Discovery and Service Mapping certifications.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
