Adecco Recruitment is seeking a ServiceNow Manager to lead growth and delivery of ServiceNow initiatives for a Lisbon-based client in a hybrid setup (1 day on-site). This is a strategic leadership role combining people management, client engagement, solution design, and delivery oversight across complex transformations.

You will oversee multi-module ServiceNow implementations (ITSM, ITOM, IRM, HRSD, CSM), drive governance, ensure quality and budgets, and collaborate with stakeholders to define

• Proven leadership experience in ServiceNow initiatives.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM modules.
• Strong client engagement and governance.
• Fluent English communication at all levels.

• Oversee design, implementation, and optimization across ITSM, ITOM, IRM, HRSD, CSM.
• Advise clients, translate challenges into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Manage project delivery with quality, timelines, budgets, and expectations.
• Collaborate to define roadmaps, priorities, and technical strategies.
• Drive governance and best practices across implementations.
• Support business development, pre-sales, and proposals.
• Contribute to growth of the ServiceNow practice.
