Inetum in Lisbon is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead to drive the platform's evolution and governance. You will lead architecture, design, and integrations, guiding a team of developers and admins to deliver scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions.

The role requires strong technical leadership, deep ServiceNow expertise, and collaboration with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical outcomes in a hybrid setup in Parque das Nações, Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years in ServiceNow Technical Lead or similar leadership role.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, development, configuration, and governance.
• Experience designing complex workflows, catalog items, automations, and integrations.
• Experience reviewing designs, custom developments, and upgrades.
• Knowledge of platform performance, security, and upgrade management.
• Excellent collaboration with architects, PMs, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Proficiency in technical documentation.
• Knowledge of CMDB is a plus.
• English proficiency mandatory; French a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Lead design, configuration and development of ServiceNow solutions.
• Review technical designs and ensure scalability and upgrade readiness.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and admins.
• Design workflows, catalog items, automations, and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Ensure performance, reliability, security, and compliance.
• Contribute to platform roadmap and new capabilities.
• Assess impact of upgrades on customizations.
• Oversee documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with Infra, Security, and EA teams for integration.
• Drive continuous improvements and reduce technical debt.
