Orb Group is seeking a Production Support Specialist (Freelance) to provide real-time production support across promotional AV and artwork workflows within the EMEA region. You will assist Production Planning, maintain best practices, troubleshoot issues, and identify trends to improve cross-functional workflows during campaigns.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production for promotional creative.
• Experience with AV Post-Production and artwork production workflows.
• Operational management within or working with an agency.
• Experience distilling and articulating complex workflow steps for stakeholders.
• Experience optimizing asset management systems or similar tools.
• Ability to take ownership and work across multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management and workflow management tools.
• Self-directed with willingness to learn new tools and systems.
• Understand, advocate, and embody the company’s values and team goals.

Responsabilidades

• Provide proactive and reactive support across production workflows to identify workflow exceptions, resolve issues where possible, and escalate more complex issues.
• Troubleshoot access or workflow issues directly with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Own the intake, tracking and follow-through of workflow escalations, documenting and progressing towards resolution.
• Maintain awareness of regional AV challenges and surface issues to the Production Planning team.
• Lead workflow pilots, inform KPIs, measure performance and share learnings.
• Implement new workflows and optimizations from pilots in collaboration with Production Planning.
• Support regional stakeholders in understanding workflows and training needs.
• Keep workflow and escalation documentation up to date.
• Contribute to reporting on workflow health and opportunities for improvement.
• Own the intake, tracking and follow-through of production workflow escalations, ensuring issues are prioritized and driven toward resolution.
• Analyze escalation data to identify recurring issues and optimization opportunities.
• Investigate root causes and work with Production Planning to develop practical solutions.
• Support workflow pilots and optimization initiatives, measuring performance and capturing learnings.
