Orb Group is seeking a Production Support Specialist to oversee global promotional AV and artwork workflows. You will support the Production Planning team, ensuring smooth operations, escalation handling, and timely resolution of issues across a mature workflow.

The role emphasizes regional analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and ongoing optimization. We value a proactive learner with strong project-management skills and the ability to drive alignment among diverse teams.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of production experience for promotional creative.
• Experience with AV Post-Production and artwork workflows.
• Operational management within or with an agency.
• Ability to distill and articulate complex workflow steps for stakeholders.
• Experience optimizing asset management systems or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide proactive and reactive support across production workflows to identify exceptions and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot access or workflow issues with stakeholders and partners.
• Own intake, tracking and follow-through of workflow escalations.
• Maintain awareness of regional AV challenges and escalate appropriately.
• Lead workflow pilots and inform KPIs; measure performance and share learnings.
• Implement new workflows and optimizations from pilots with Production Planning.
