Job summary

A Pharmaplanet procura um(a) Sales Representative para promover a linha Cardiometabolic a médicos de atenção primária e farmácias no território de Setúbal / Margem Sul.

O candidato ideal possui licenciatura em Ciências da Saúde, rede já estabelecida na área, experiência com lançamento de produtos e competência para atingir metas através de visitas estratégicas, iniciativas CME e relacionamento com profissionais de saúde. Oferta inclui contrato, salário base mais prémios e viatura.

Qualifications

• Licenciatura em Ciências da Saúde ou área relacionada.
• Experiência com médicos de Medicina Geral e Familiar na área cardiometabólica.
• Rede consolidada na Cuidados Primários e conhecimento do território.
• Experiência com lançamento de produtos (preferencial).
• Habilidades analíticas, proatividade, orientação a resultados.
• Boas competências de comunicação e construção de relações com profissionais de saúde.
• Preferência por residência em Setúbal / Margem Sul.

Responsibilities

• Promover a linha Cardiometabolic junto de médicos e farmácias na área designada.
• Assegurar prescrições e vendas, cumprindo metas via visitas estratégicas e KPI.
• Identificar novas oportunidades com médicos e mercados com potencial de crescimento.
• Implementar iniciativas de marketing e CME alinhadas com a estratégia comercial.
• Representar a empresa de forma ética e profissional, seguindo políticas.

Pharmaplanet is a pharmaceutical laboratory as well as a company that provides specialized services in scientific and commercial areas.
We are currently looking for a professional to join a project within a multinational pharmaceutical company as a Sales Representative to promote a line of obesity products to various HCPs.

Funções

• Promote and position the Cardiometabolic line, building effective relationships with physicians and pharmacies in the assigned territory
• Ensure product prescriptions and sales, meeting and exceeding targets through strategic visits and effective KPI management
• Explore business opportunities by identifying new physicians and niche markets with growth potential
• Implement marketing and continuous medical education (CME) initiatives aligned with the commercial strategy
• Act in accordance with the company values and policies, representing the company's culture in an ethical and professional manner

Requisitos

• Degree in Health Sciences or related field (mandatory);
• Relevant professional experience with General and Family Medicine professionals in the cardiometabolic area;
• Strong and well-established network in Primary Care and in-depth knowledge of the assigned territory;
• Experience in diabetes, hypertension, cardiometabolic and/or obesity lines
• Previous product launch experience (preferred)
• Analytical skills, proactivity, iniciate and results orientations
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals
• Motivation to work towards goals and performance targets;
• Preferably based in Setúbal / Margem Sul
