Pierre Fabre Group in Lisbon seeks a Sales Force Excellence lead to maximize field productivity through segmentation, targeting, territory design and KPI governance.

You will collaborate with DCPC and MC teams, design SIPs with HR/Finance and drive continuous improvement using CRM and BI tools. Master’s degree preferred and 5+ years in SFE/ Sales Ops in pharma/CHC/ FMCG; Portuguese and English required.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years SFE / Sales Ops / Commercial Excellence in CHC/FMCG/Pharma.
• Languages: Portuguese and English required.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; CRM and BI familiarity.
