Closerhire in Lisbon is hiring an Advertisers Support specialist to assist Polish-speaking advertisers with account and platform inquiries in a fast-paced, international support environment. The role includes relocation support and a rotation across shifts from 06:00 to 00:00.

Candidates must relocate to Lisbon and demonstrate fluency in Russian (C1+) and English (B2+), with prior customer support or client-facing experience preferred.

• Customer support / client-facing experience (BPO or similar preferred).
• Fluency in Russian (C1+) and good English (B2+).

Responsabilités

• Assist Polish-speaking advertisers with account and platform-related inquiries.
• Provide timely support in a fast-paced international environment.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve issues and ensure advertiser satisfaction.

Rotational Monday-Sunday shifts between 06:00-00:00 with relocation support available for candidates moving from abroad.

What you need to bring

Availability to relocate to Lisbon (Portugal)

Willingness to work rotational shifts (Mon-Sun, 06:00-00:00)

Customer support / client-facing experience (BPO or similar preferred)

Fluency in Russian (C1+) and good English (B2+)

Moving there To get you on the ground: if more than 100 km: airport pick up + room 300 EUR + travel costs cover after 9th month, yearly flight home.
