Qualifications

• Fluency in Russian (C2) and proficiency in English (B2).

• Willingness to work a rotating shift including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to SMB clients using Instagram ads products.
• Assist clients via live chat, emails, and outbound phone calls.
• Resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction with troubleshooting help.
