Job summary

CloserHire is partnering with a global technology company to fill a Customer Delight Representative role for the Russian market in Lisbon. You will assist advertisers on Facebook and Instagram, handling live chat, email, and calls to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.

Fluency in Russian (C2) and English (B2) is required; rotating shifts including weekends, full-time, 40 hours weekly. Relocation support and a meal allowance are provided.
