CloserHire is partnering with a global technology company to fill a Russian-speaking Customer Delight Representative role in Lisbon, Portugal.

You will support SMB advertisers using our client and Instagram ads products via chat, email, and calls, delivering solutions and improving satisfaction.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with rotating shifts; baseline salary is €1,050 gross per month plus private health cover and meal allowance.

Qualifikationen

Day to day that means : Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses using our client and Instagram ads products. Assist clients through various communication channels, including live chat, emails, and outbound phone calls. Resolve issues, improve customer satisfaction, and offer troubleshooting assistance to advertisers. Identify trends and address challenges faced by multiple SMB clients. Provide product and tool support to enhance clients' advertising experience.

What you need to bring

• : Fluency in Russian (C2) and proficiency in English (B2). Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Experience in customer service or client support roles is an advantage. Flexible availability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends
