CloserHire is supporting a Lisbon-based Advertisers Support role for handling Polish-speaking advertisers’ account and platform inquiries in a fast-paced international environment. This full-time on-site position includes rotation shifts (Mon-Sun, 06:00–00:00) and relocation support for candidates moving from abroad.

Salary ranges from €1,059 to €1,248 gross monthly with private health cover. Relocation assistance is provided, and living in Portugal offers a sunny, affordable lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Russian (C1+) and good English (B2+) required.
• Customer support experience preferred (BPO or similar).
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.

An Advertisers Support role with our client in Lisbon supporting the our client CD project, focused on assisting Polish-speaking advertisers with account and platform-related inquiries within a fast-paced international support environment. Rotational Monday-Sunday shifts between 06:00-00:00 with relocation support available for candidates moving from abroad.

What you need to bring

• Availability to relocate to Lisbon (Portugal)
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (Mon-Sun, 06:00-00:00)
• Customer support / client-facing experience (BPO or similar preferred)
• Fluency in Russian (C1+) and good English (B2+)

Moving there

To get you on the ground: if more than 100 km: airport pick up + room 300 EUR + travel costs cover after 9th month, yearly flight home.
