CloserHire is partnering with a global technology company to recruit a Customer Delight Representative for the French market. You will support SMB advertisers on Facebook and Instagram, handling inquiries via chat, email, and phone to ensure a great ad experience.

Relocation to Lisbon is provided; 1050€ with room monthly, plus meal allowance and private health cover. You will work 40 hours/week on rotating shifts, with training and opportunities to grow within a dynamic team.

Qualifikationen

Day to day that means : Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses using Facebook and Instagram ads products. Assist clients through various communication channels, including live chat, emails, and outbound phone calls. Resolve issues, improve customer satisfaction, and offer troubleshooting assistance to advertisers. Identify trends and address challenges faced by multiple SMB clients. Provide product and tool support to enhance clients' advertising experience.

What you need

• : Fluency in French (C2) and proficiency in English (B2). Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Experience in customer service or client support roles is an advantage. Flexible availability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends
