Rec_MRC in Lisbon is seeking fluent Romanian speakers with strong English to join our customer support team. You will assist clients from renowned worldwide companies in an international environment, delivering professional service and building lasting relationships.

You will handle chat, email and phone inquiries, resolve issues, and provide tailored solutions to optimize the use of our client's services. As a B2B support specialist, you will identify needs, guide users through troubleshooting

What you will have to do:

• Communicate with customers (by chat, e-mail and phone) and ensure maximum satisfaction
• Your role involves providing exceptional B2B customer support; you will be responsible for assisting business clients with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing tailored solutions to optimize their use of our client's services.
• Deliver excellent personalized service and assist sellers through communication channels which may include Phone, Email, and/or Chat in a variety of areas, including but not limited to:

• Identify account holder;
• Verify account information;
• Comply with all regulatory guidelines and procedures provided by Customer.
