Job summary

CallForTalents in Lisbon is seeking a customer service agent to assist Romanian-speaking customers and insurance brokers, offering clear information on products and resolving enquiries professionally. The role involves Romanian and English support via phone and email, handling policy changes and broker inquiries.

Work is on-site with Monday–Friday shifts, salary €920 gross per month (paid in 14 installments) plus a €154 meal allowance, private health insurance from day one, and 22 days of annual
