Rec_MRC in Lisbon is seeking fluent Turkish speakers (C1) with strong English (B2) to join our customer support team. You will assist clients of renowned global brands, handling inquiries via chat, email, and phone, and delivering practical solutions in an international environment.

Your role focuses on B2B support, troubleshooting issues, and tailoring responses to maximize client satisfaction. Complete paid training and private health insurance are provided, along with additional benefits.

Responsabilidades

What you will have to do:

• Communicate with customers (by chat, e-mail and phone) and ensure maximum satisfaction
• Your role involves providing exceptional B2B customer support; you will be responsible for assisting business clients with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing tailored solutions to optimize their use of our client's services.
• Deliver excellent personalized service and assist sellers through communication channels which may include Phone, Email, and/or Chat in a variety of areas, including but not limited to:

• Identify account holder;
• Verify account information;
• Comply with all regulatory guidelines and procedures provided by Customer.
