Job summary

Intersoft Team SRL in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Romanian Customer Service Representative to handle multichannel customer interactions on site. The role requires native Romanian (C2) and English at least B2, with a strong focus on clear communication and accurate documentation.

You will work within a team, follow standard procedures, and escalate complex issues as needed. The position is a fixed-term contract of 6 months with a possibility of extension or permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Romanian (C2) both verbal and written.
• English proficiency level B2 or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication across channels.
• Experience with CRM/ticketing systems is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions across phone, email, live chat, and social media.
• Provide clear information following company policies.
• Assist with general questions, product or service details, and basic tech support.
• Document case details accurately in systems and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and close cases.
• Manage personal queue of service tickets and follow supervisor guidance.
• Offer feedback to improve service processes.
