Workster is recruiting Romanian-speaking Customer Service Advisors for an international project based in Lisbon, Portugal. You will join a multicultural, fast-growing team and work in a modern Lisbon office with structured training and a potential to shift to a hybrid model after onboarding.

Your role includes providing support via phone, email and chat, handling product inquiries, orders and general requests, and delivering professional service to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in Romanian.
• Good command of English (B2 or above).
• Previous experience in customer service or related roles is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Good computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Romanian via phone, email and chat.
• Assist customers with product enquiries, orders, reservations and general requests.
• Deliver professional, friendly and solution-oriented service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and find appropriate solutions within agreed timeframes.
• Process and update customer information accurately in internal systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and flag recurring issues to relevant teams.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve cases efficiently.
• Maintain quality standards, follow company procedures and meet performance targets.
