Job summary

IntersoftTeams SRL in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Romanian Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team. You will handle customer inquiries across multiple channels and ensure accurate information delivery.

Fluency in Romanian and English, strong communication, and a collaborative spirit are essential as you work with colleagues and escalate complex issues when needed.

This 6-month fixed-term role may extend and offers growth opportunities within the BPO sector.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Romanian (C2) and English at least B2.
• Strong written and verbal communication across platforms.
• Experience with customer service software or CRM preferred.
• Ability to follow procedures and escalate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions across phone, email, live chat, and social media.
• Provide accurate information following policies and procedures.
• Assist with general questions and basic technical support.
• Document case details in appropriate systems and manage ticket queue.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with colleagues and technical teams to resolve concerns.
• Prioritize tasks and follow guidance from supervisors.
• Offer feedback to improve service processes and contribute to knowledge sharing.
