Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish (C1) and English (C1).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work permanent night shifts and handle inquiries across channels.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with hotel reservations, modifications and cancellations.
• Answer questions about hotel availability, rates, services and policies.
• Support customers via inbound calls, emails and other channels.
• Resolve customer requests efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Escalate complex cases following internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer and reservation information in internal systems.
