Real Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Advisor to assist hospitality customers in Portugal (Porto or Lisbon). You will handle inquiries via phone, chat and email, with 40 hours per week and rotating shifts, including weekends for 24/7 coverage.

The role is office-based with relocation support, open-ended contract, and benefits such as performance bonus and meal allowance. Latin America candidates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Spanish at C2 level is required.
• High school diploma is required.
• Experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with enquiries and resolve issues.

• Escalate more complex cases when necessary.
• Handle complaints and help resolve disputes between users.
