Cross Border Talents is hiring for a remote Spanish-speaking customer support role from Portugal. You’ll be the first point of contact for Spanish members, handling account management, billing questions and tech troubleshooting, fully remote from Lisbon with an accommodation package.

You must be fluent in Castilian Spanish plus one of Catalan/Valencian or Basque or Galician, plus English B1+, with excellent communication and a knack for helping people.

Qualificações

• Full fluency in Castilian Spanish plus one of Catalan/Valencian, Basque or Galician.
• English at B1 level or higher.
• Great communication skills and a passion for helping people.
• Comfortable with technology and digital platforms.
• Flexibility for 24/7 rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
