You will handle booking requests, changes, and travel inquiries, communicating via calls, emails, and other channels while keeping precise records and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Fluent in French (C1) – verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with hotel reservations, modifications, cancellations, and general booking inquiries.
• Provide accurate information regarding hotel availability, rates, services, and policies.
• Support customers via incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex cases following internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer records and reservation details within internal systems.
