Concentrix Portugal is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support hotel reservations and travel inquiries from a 100% remote position in Portugal. You will assist customers with bookings, changes and cancellations, answer questions on availability and rates, and guide them through the reservation journey.

Fluency in Spanish and English (C1) is required, with permanent night shifts. The role offers fully paid training, ongoing development and an international, multicultural environment.

What will you do?

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers throughout their hotel reservation journey and help them find the right solutions for their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist customers with hotel reservations, modifications and cancellations
• Answer questions about hotel availability, rates, services and policies
• Support customers through inbound calls, emails and other communication channels
• Resolve customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Escalate complex cases when necessary, following internal procedures
• Maintain accurate customer and reservation information in internal systems
