CloserHire is recruiting Spanish and Catalan-speaking Customer Support Experts for one of the world's leading entertainment and streaming platforms. This remote role is based in mainland Portugal and involves account management, billing inquiries, and technical assistance, with a 40-hour work week and a 24/7 rotating schedule.

You will receive an initial comprehensive training in English, a monthly take-home of ~€1,059.33 with accommodation, private health cover, meal allowance, and relocation

Qualificações

• Fluent or native Spanish language required.
• Catalan language proficiency required.
• Experience in customer service or call center settings preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with account management and billing inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting streaming services.
• Provide accurate information about products, services and features.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction while meeting quality and performance standards.
