Ersilia is seeking Spanish and Galician-speaking Customer Support Experts for a leading entertainment and streaming platform. This is a remote role from mainland Portugal with occasional Lisbon hub attendance for training or setup.

You will handle account management, billing inquiries, and technical issues while delivering high-quality support. You will join a multicultural team, work 40 hours per week on a 24/7 rotating schedule, and receive initial English-language training along with health

Qualificações

• Fluency in Castilian Spanish is required.
• Fluency in Galician is required.
• English at B1 level or higher.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional, friendly, and empathetic customer support.
• Assist customers with account management and billing enquiries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
