Luza Group is seeking a Senior ServiceNow ITSM Engineer to configure, implement, and optimize ServiceNow modules. You will translate business requirements into scalable solutions, maintain documentation, and support end users during rollouts.

A strong ITIL foundation and REST API experience are essential for driving improvements and governance. Hybrid work model enabled; candidates should have 3+ years in similar roles and a Bachelor's in CS or equivalent.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years in a similar ServiceNow ITSM role.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM configuration and development.
Experience with REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and ITIL practices.

Responsabilidades

Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules following best practices.
Participate in Incident, Problem Management implementations and future applications.
Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Keep configurations upgrade-friendly and aligned with standards.
Maintain documentation for knowledge sharing and platform sustainability.
Support end users during rollouts and provide guidance on platform usage.
Collaborate with ServiceNow Business Analyst to improve ITSM processes.
