Expleo Group in Lisbon is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring reliability, scalability and alignment with client needs.

You will translate requirements into practical solutions, work on ITSM integrations and automation, participate in projects with customers and architects, and apply best practices for platform development.

Formación

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM concepts and workflows.
• Experience building integrations and automation across systems.

Responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience on ServiceNow development and maintenance: Develop, configure, and continuously improve ServiceNow instances and ensure that the platform remains reliable, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs.
• Integrations and automation: Design, implement, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow instances and other systems. You will also develop and enhance automated workflows based on customer and business requirements.
• Solution development: Translate functional and technical requirements into practical ServiceNow solutions, utilizing platform capabilities and development best practices.
• Projects and architecture: Take an active role in ServiceNow development projects and contribute to solution design and implementation. You understand how individual solutions and integrations fit into the wider technical architecture.
• Customer collaboration: Participate actively in customer projects, working closely with customers, architects, and other technical specialists throughout the development lifecycle.

Essential Skills

• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow support, development and configuration
• Experience or good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM
• Knowledge of ServiceNow development tools and capabilities
• Understanding of integrations, APIs, and system-to-system communication
• Ability to understand technical requirements and turn them into maintainable solutions
• Good collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in customer-facing development projects

Desired Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and AI automation
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
