Job summary

LUZA Group, a forward‑looking consulting firm, seeks a Senior ServiceNow Architect to design and govern the ServiceNow platform. You will mentor developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure scalable, upgrade‑ready solutions across ITSM modules.

You will drive complex workflows, catalog items, and integrations, while maintaining security, performance and governance. Remote/hybrid options apply as core delivery norms.

Qualifications

• Senior: minimum 3 years in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Strong expertise designing, implementing and administering ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Catalog).
• English level B2-C1.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead the design, configuration and development of ServiceNow solutions.
• Review and validate designs, configurations and custom developments.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to ServiceNow developers and admins.
• Design complex workflows, Service Catalog items, integrations and automations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Ensure platform performance, security, reliability and upgrade readiness.
• Oversee platform documentation and knowledge sharing.
