Job summary

Source Group International is seeking a remote Customer Success professional to support EMEA franchise partners on a 12-month contract. You will drive adoption of digital products, lead stakeholder reviews, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Marketing teams.

You must set up an LLC and maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance for a B2B engagement, while based in Portugal. The role requires deep SaaS experience, strong client management, and a proven ability to coordinate complex

Qualifications

5–7+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Consulting or Technical Project Management.
Experience in SaaS or digital platforms.
Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience.
Comfortable working with Product and Engineering teams.
Knowledge of CRM platforms, analytics, Scrum/Agile and software release processes.
Exposure to APIs, Postman, CMS platforms, Confluence or LaunchDarkly is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as the main customer contact for technology-related topics.
Drive digital growth projects and customer adoption initiatives.
Lead stakeholder meetings and business reviews.
Manage customer relationships, retention and satisfaction.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Customer Engagement teams.
Support customers with technical questions, product releases and new feature rollouts.
Coordinate projects, timelines, expectations and escalations.
