Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Portugal is seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer to support customers adopting and onboarding a leading SaaS platform. You will own onboarding from provisioning through handoff to Customer Success, blending customer-facing skills with technical problem-solving.

You will collaborate across Customer Success, Sales, Operations, Support, and Enablement to create scalable onboarding, automate workflows, and document best practices for measurable improvements in efficiency and

Qualifications

4+ years of experience working directly with external customers in onboarding or implementation roles.
Experience managing onboarding from engagement to handoff to a customer success team.
Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms and cloud-based technologies.
Ability to collaborate across Customer Success, Sales, Operations and Support teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, Support, and Enablement to scale onboarding.
Lead onboarding journeys, delivering personalized and scalable solutions.
Own day-to-day onboarding, provisioning, and foundation for success.
Build and maintain relationships during onboarding and migration stages.
Develop workflows, automation, and tooling to improve onboarding efficiency.
