Job summary

BMC Software, Inc. is seeking a Lead Customer Success Manager (CSM) for Portugal. This role can be based remotely in Portugal, with travel as needed to support customers.

You will drive post-sale success, adoption, and growth, building CSPs and leveraging Gainsight to track KPI progress. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in CSM or service delivery roles, strong German proficiency, and ITIL/MSP certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with BMC-like solutions in a CSM or service delivery role.
• Advanced proficiency in German.
• Strong customer success and/or service delivery management skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, stakeholder and ecosystem management abilities.
• Commercial awareness.
• Ability to resolve complex problems.
• Experience driving adoption of BMC or similar technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive the post-sale customer experience with focus on adoption, realization of benefits and objectives, advocacy, identifying, managing and mitigating risk, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and business leaders to align with strategy and plans.
• Builds Customer Success Plans (CSP) incorporating goals, success definitions, and KPIs.
• Advocates best practices and drives value propositions for adoption.
• Collaborates with customers and BMC ecosystem to drive consumption of success credits and Education services.
• Identifies and mitigates risks to achieve CSP objectives.
• Works with customers, marketing and sales to promote customer success stories and advocacy.
• Builds relationships across the BMC ecosystem to support CSP targets.
