WW Talents is seeking a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Agent to provide first-line B2B support for global brands. This remote position operates from Greece, offering a 14-month €1,045.72 gross salary, with a performance bonus up to 10% and a relocation package to assist your move.

You will handle printer/ software inquiries, order processing, and maintain CRM records, delivering professional support while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Portuguese language at native level or C1 proficiency.
• English proficiency at B2 level for training and internal communication.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good computer literacy and comfort with digital tools.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Portuguese-speaking B2B customer service and support via phone and email.
• Assist customers with software-related inquiries and basic technical problems.
• Process and manage orders.
• Document customer interactions and technical issues using CRM and ticketing systems.
• Deliver professional, accurate, and solution-oriented customer support.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
