TD SYNNEX in Porto, Portugal, seeks a Partner Success Manager to lead a cohort of Learning Partners, driving adoption, enablement, and value for customers through our Learning Community.

You will recruit and support partners, monitor performance, coordinate training, and collaborate across functions to ensure objectives are met. The role supports a hybrid work model with occasional travel.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in customer or education success or partner management.
• Cross-functional collaboration with partners and vendors.
• Strong negotiation and executive-level relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel 2–3 times per year.

Responsabilidades

• Act as subject matter expert for Learning Partner Programs and ensure compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with Learning Partners, instructors and stakeholders.
• Support partner enablement, onboarding, training, and account management.
• Drive partner growth through recruitment, development and performance management.
• Coordinate engagement activities, events, and education opportunities.
• Monitor program performance and provide optimization recommendations.
• Manage partner systems access, subscriptions, licensing, and support.
• Provide marketing and customer lead support and maintain data forecasts.
