TD SYNNEX is seeking a Partner Success Manager in Portugal, Porto, to oversee Learning Partner Programs and drive partner enablement and growth. You will recruit and manage partner relationships, coordinate onboarding and training, and monitor program effectiveness across regions. Hybrid work model offered.

Candidate should have 3+ years in customer or partner management, strong English communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills to support vendor and partner initiatives.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in customer, education success or partner management.
• Experience coordinating with Learning Partners and instructors.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Act as SME for Learning Partner Programs and ensure compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with Learning Partners and instructors.
• Support partner enablement, onboarding, training, and account management.
• Drive partner growth through recruitment and performance management.
• Assist partners in achieving business objectives and delivery of training.
• Coordinate partner engagement activities, events, and education opportunities.
• Monitor program performance and support continuous improvement.
• Manage partner systems access, subscriptions, licensing, and operations support.
• Promote program awareness with marketing and customer leads.
• Maintain accurate partner data, forecasts, capacity planning.
