Cross Border Talents is seeking a customer support specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service via phone, chat, and email. You will work from Lisbon area with remote flexibility and play a key role in a multicultural team.

You will assist with account inquiries, provide technical troubleshooting, and ensure timely solutions across channels while maintaining high customer satisfaction and professional communication.

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian and English language proficiency.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide technical troubleshooting and application support.
