Cross Border Talents is seeking a customer support specialist to assist viewers in Italian and English across phone, chat, and email channels. You will handle account, application, and technical inquiries while troubleshooting software issues and configurations.

The role requires EU work authorization and residence within 50 km of Lisbon, Portugal. We offer a remote work model with daily meal allowances, performance bonuses, and comprehensive training in a global, multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• EU Work Authorization required
• Fluent Italian and English (C1+ level)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Technical troubleshooting skills and ability to support software-related issues
• Ability to support system configurations and network settings
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping people
• Must reside within a 50 km radius of the Lisbon office

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for viewers
• Provide support via phone, chat, and email
