Fujitsu is seeking a 1st line support specialist in Portugal. The role involves providing a single point of contact for users by managing routine and non-routine incidents, requests and problems. Ideal candidates will have proficiency in French, Spanish, and English.

Qualificações

• Proficient in French, Spanish, and English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st line support for incidents.
• Support standard technical queries related to Microsoft products, operating systems, basic networking, and PCs.
• Take ownership of customer problems and escalate as necessary.
• Monitor performance through statistical reporting and analysis.
• Document actions taken in resolving customer enquiries.
