Fujitsu is seeking a customer-focused IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our Braga/Lisbon team. You will be the single point of contact for users, handling routine and non-routine incidents and providing 1st line support.

Fluent in Italian and English, you will work remotely with flexible location options across Portugal. The role is full-time with remote working, life and private health insurance, and generous holiday entitlements.
