Qualificações

• Proficient in French & English.
• Provide 1st line technical support for incidents.
• Escalate issues to meet service levels and SLAs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st line support for incidents and requests.
• Resolve standard technical queries related to a small set of products.
• Escalate to higher-level teams when needed to resolve issues within deadlines.
• Document actions taken and follow established processes for each case.
• Collaborate with team to ensure consistent service delivery and knowledge sharing.
• Develop understanding of customer environments to improve service quality.
