Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for viewers
- Provide support via phone, chat, and email
- Assist customers with account and application-related inquiries
- Provide support regarding software functionality
- Troubleshoot system configurations and network settings
- Deliver accurate and timely resolutions to customer inquiries
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and cases
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
