Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian and English-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support users and provide an excellent customer experience. This remote role sits in the Lisbon area, Portugal, with a rotating shift schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities include first-line support, troubleshooting software and network issues, guiding users through solutions, and maintaining a professional brand experience across interactions.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Customer-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.
• An interest in technology and technical troubleshooting.
• The ability to explain solutions clearly and patiently.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Residence within 50 km of the Lisbon office.
