Concentrix Portugal is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support hotel reservations and travel inquiries from a 100% remote position in Portugal. You will assist customers with bookings, changes and cancellations, answer questions on availability and rates, and guide them through the reservation journey.

Fluency in Spanish and English (C1) is required, with permanent night shifts. The role offers fully paid training, ongoing development and an international, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about hotel availability, rates, services and policies.
• Support customers through inbound calls, emails and other channels.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and escalate when needed.
• Keep accurate customer and reservation information in internal systems.
