Role: Customer Support Specialist for Hotel Reservations Platform (Native French, English C1) - remote work for eligible candidates located in Continental Portugal, from Coimbra down.

Join our client's team as a Remote Customer Support Specialist for our Hotel Reservations Platform, where you'll engage with clients in their preferred language, offering seamless assistance in French and English.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing bookings, addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring smooth communication between guests and partners. Your expertise in customer service, coupled with fluency in both French and English, will be crucial in delivering exceptional experiences to our diverse clientele.

The project starts on May 29 from the comfort of your home

Responsibilities:

  • Help clients with bookings, rescheduling bookings, upgrades, last minute requests and clarifying doubts.
  • Handle requests from partners and guests: cancelations, complaints, amendments, resending reservations to partners, check availability and inventory issues, billing.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English (spoken and written) at C1 level and higher
  • Previous experience in Contact Centre or Customer Service (preferable)
  • Previous experience in travel agency or hotel (preferable)
  • Residence permit for Portugal or a EU member state citizenship

Working hours: Monday to Sunday (two rotational shifts): 06:30 to 15:30 OR 13:00 to 22:00

Contract type: permanent with 3 months probation period
